Where do you deliver?

Currently we do international shipping within International Shipping Places.

To ensure the secure delivery of your order, myjewelleryshack.com does not ship orders to post office boxes. myjewelleryshack.com is able to accept post office box addresses for your billing needs.

International shipping rates are calculated based on a number of factors including desired service level (standard/express), number of items you are purchasing, the weight of the item, and the destination location/region.

UK Deliveries

All UK deliveries are free of charge with Royal Mail 1st class service. Tracking number will be provided via email.

All orders ship Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Delivery is Monday to Friday.

2 Day and Next Day orders must be placed by 1PM EST to start processing the same day.

Orders received after 1PM EST or on Saturday and Sunday are processed the next business day.

Next-day delivery is not offered for watches or engraved items.

During peak holiday and promotional periods order processing times may be longer

When will my order be dispatched?

We aim to process all orders as quickly as possible. Standard delivery orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days.

How do I track my order?

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment email confirmation with a tracking number. To track an order on the website, visit the Order Status page and enter your order number, email address and billing zip code. Please note that you will not be able to track your order until the day after you receive your tracking information.
