If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from My Jewellery Shack, please send it back.
You can return any item purchased from My Jewellery Shack (excluding sale items unless faulty or not as described) within 30 days of receipt for a refund. If you would like to do so, you must use the free Returns Process set out below (question 2) and the products you are returning must be in a new and unworn condition.
Under the United Kingdom’s Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (“Consumer Contracts Regulations”), you are also entitled to a full refund of the price paid for the product together with any delivery costs paid if you cancel your purchase for any reason during the cancellation period. The cancellation period begins on the date that the contract is formed (the day the dispatch confirmation email is sent to you) and continues until the end of 10 days starting on the day after you receive your order. This cancellation right applies to both sale and non-sale products. If the product has been dispatched to you before you cancelled the purchase, you must return the product within 10 days starting on the day after you cancel the order. You are not obliged to follow the Returns Process, but if you do not do so you will be solely responsible for all return shipping costs.My Jewellery Shack will only accept returns for purchases made from the My Jewellery Shack eStore.For reasons of hygiene and safety, pierced earrings including earring pendants are non-returnable, unless faulty or not as described.
All goods will be inspected upon arrival at the My Jewellery Shack warehouse.
The My Jewellery Shack eStore returns policy does not limit or exclude any legal rights you may have in relation to products which are faulty or not as described.
To return or exchange by mail, please follow these instructions:
If you have a My Jewellery Shack account:
- Go to your account, navigate to the Return or Exchange.
- Go to our Returns Center.
- Provide the order number and email address, then Find Your Order.
- Follow the instructions, and finish the return or exchange by steps.
If you do not have a My Jewellery Shack account:
- Send email to email@example.com to request for a return.
- Securely pack your merchandise, mail the merchandise to this address:

However, your original shipping cost is not refundable.
- We will not pay for the return shipping cost. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
- We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. Please note that payment processing is beyond our control and it may take up to 3-5 additional business days for the funds to be credited to your account.
All exchanges must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date with original invoice by mail. All merchandise must be unused and in original condition. To exchange a product by mail, you must first return the item you wish to exchange following the “RETURNS” instructions. Please allow at least two (2) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. You will receive an email notification once your return is processed.
You will need to reorder a new item at My Jewellery Shack. You will only be credited for merchandise and not original shipping charges.
As a retail business, our prices may change in response to trends, stock, and demand from the consumer. As such we are not able to refund the difference.
